Responsibilities for Building Maintenance Manager Meet with property manager and/or Board of Directors to determine priorities of resort Regularly inspect property for needed improvements and upkeep Prioritize and schedule repairs and maintenance Create staff schedules for workweek and night coverage Source, hire and train maintenance staff as well as common area cleaners Track all material and tool expenses Qualifications for Building Maintenance Manager Ability to rank and prioritize multiple projects at once Strong team-building and management skills At least 5 years of Condominium Maintenance Experience Experience in various trades Ability to rank and prioritize multiple projects at once Strong team and management skills Solid communication skills Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.
