We have a strong supportive team that we are looking to grow even more, we strive for excellence in our clinical and operational results.
What we are looking for in an ideal candidate, Supervise staff and operate as building manager for the weekend shifts Complete initial and on going assessments to identify the physical psychosocial and environmental needs of nursing home patients.
Assess patients conditions and chart observations and perform evaluations Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare strategy and procedures Provide effective communication to patients/ clients, their family members, team members and other healthcare professionals Supervise staff assigned to you and utilize them to accomplish facility goals and exceeding customer service standards and providing quality healthcare.
