This individual should be able to perform many accounting, customer service and organizational tasks to promote the financial health of our business.
This is an entry-level role.
We will train the right individual.
The duties and responsibilities of the PATIENT ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE will include:
Supporting and Collaborating with the Finance Director to establish in-house billing procedures, work-flow and reporting.
Searching financial statements for any payment inconsistencies or errors.
Communicating with patients, third party vendors, insurance companies and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors Creating invoices, professional correspondence, and billing materials to be sent directly to patients Inputting payment history, upcoming payment information, insurance information or other financial data into an individual account Identifying and mitigating any inconsistencies or errors with documentation, claims.
Informing patients of any missed or upcoming payment deadlines Calculating and tracking various company financial statements Translating medical codes THERAPY1ONE is a Physical Therapy outpatient clinic, operating in two northwest Florida locations, Panama City & Panama City Beach.
For over 20 years, THERAPY1ONE has provided physical therapy & occupational therapy to patients along the Gulf Coast of Northwest Florida.
