The manager will coordinate the daily operations of a team or work unit (direct supervision of the staff, assignment of work, schedules, day-to-day workflow, and operating costs).
Must be green card holder or United States Citizen
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and other team members as needed.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
Assist in drafting, proofreading, and formatting documents.
Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Help manage inventory and order office supplies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth operations.
Undertake special projects and assignments as required.
Utilize ERP software and spreadsheets to facilitate and track manufacturing processes.
Interfacing with suppliers, vendors, and customers to verify project status and place purchase orders as necessary.
Experience level:
4 years in administrative role
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Prior administrative experience is a plus.

Self driven, leader with full command of various accounting and operational processes including ERP operation.
Preferred:
JobBoss ERP experience desired but not required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
