We are a civil oriented construction company with several divisions leading to opportunities to manage a wide range of horizontal, vertical, and specialty project types.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing all project activities and performance to satisfy the customer and our company goals.
This individual is the primary contact for the customer and is responsible for communicating responsibilities to his team members.
Required skill include:
Strong communication and relationship building skills Ability to meet deadlines Ensures positive customer relations and satisfaction Develops detailed schedules for completion Completing projects within established budgets Financial reporting of current and projected costs and profit.
Issues contracts, purchase orders, and change orders Coordination with subcontractors Monitors quality and safety Resolves issues in a timely manner Compiles submittals for approval Generates RFIs to owners and designers Exceptional communication skills (written/oral) Extremely organized with ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously Must work efficiently under minimal supervision Must be a detail-oriented and conscientious individual
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills Analytical problem-solving skills Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
