Position:
Engineering Administrative Assistant Entera is looking for an analytical, driven, and focused individual to work in our Engineering department as an Administrative Assistant creating Bills of Materials for work orders.
This position reports to the Director of Engineering.
A successful candidate must be able to review manufacturing drawings with a basic Bill of Material attached and input item numbers into our MRP system that correspond to the materials being used for manufacturing the product.
Requirements:
Data entry experience Familiarity with manufacturing processes Understanding manufacturing raw material inventory use for inputting Bills of Material Ability to read manufacturing drawings/blueprints Strong communication skills Computer literacy The associate must be 18 years or older and will be subject to a background check prior to being hired.
