years of experience within systems engineering Thorough understanding of system level maintenance of networks and communications systems Experience integrating mission systems onto an aircraft Plusses Ability to pass a Tier 1 investigation and obtain a Common Access Card (CaC) and line badge Knowledge of requirements management, functional requirements parsing, derivation, and allocation; systems design, systems integration, technical risk identification and management strategies, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principles Experience with requirements management and system modelling tools, such as DOORS, Rhapsody, NoMagic, MATLAB Practical knowledge of industry standard mechanical design principles, to include, but not limited to requirements management, Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) Experience or certification in INCOSE standards Familiarity with the network and integration of traditional communications systems and sensors Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical trouble shooting techniques.

As a Systems Engineer III, you will be using your skills and hands-on expertise to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our product and system prototypes.
You'll be responsible for assessing our customer needs and determining the most appropriate technical solution for concept and prototype products and systems.
Your technical responsibilities include product installation, testing, error/defect detection and correction, and coordinating the appropriate corrective action with engineers and operators.
