As General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of your restaurant's operation.
GMs are accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams and developing future leaders.

oYou have at least 2
years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industries with proven success managing financial resultsoExperience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environmentoCommitment to quality food and exceptional guest serviceoAbility to mentor and train team members oStrong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide directionoInvolvement/understanding of managing inventory, labor costs, and overall control of financials oDrive and determination -- think PASSIONoDesire for personal and professional growthRequirements:
o Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
o Completion of a Background Check and Valid Driver's License.
Physical / Mental Requirements:
o Continuously utilizes speech, hearing, near vision, eye/hand coordination, color definition, and manual/bi-manual dexterity.
o Frequently stands, walks, reaches above shoulders, bends, lifts and/or carries up to 50 pounds and works closely with others.
o Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
o Occasionally utilizes sense of taste and smell, and far vision.
Works around chemicals and cleaners; walks on uneven surfaces; may require utilization of a step stool/ladder; lifts and/or carries up to 50 pounds.
Work Conditions / Hours:
o Minimum of 50 hours weekly.
o Days and hours may vary according to business necessity, including weekends, evenings and/or holidays.
o Standard restaurant working conditions.
o May be exposed to extreme conditions common in a restaurant environment, such as extreme heat or cold from equipment or weather.
