Bachelor's degree with 10 years experience; minimum of 6 years of experience must involve facility/utility design, maintenance or construction management experience; will require detailed knowledge of engineering lifecycle parameters, strong understanding of construction design and analysis requirements, experience in the project management of construction projects and AE studies and designs; experience with one or more phases of the project engineering cycle and thorough knowledge of all phases of the project engineering life cycle.
