Engineer 4 - Northrop Grumman (Tyndall AFB, FL)

Responsible for planning, programming, design and construction management work for substantial multi-phase new construction, renovation, maintenance/repair, and modernization projects for a variety of real property facilities and utility systems utilizing professional engineering knowledge; will serve as the engineering consultant on all design and construction aspects of assigned projects; and will coordinate the preparation and review of A&E and construction statements of work (SOW), coordinate projects with other engineers or with architects and serve as the field engineer consultant.
PM will coordinate with AF contracting officers to develop RFPs and modifications to contracts.
Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience minimum involving facility and infrastructure project design and construction management; will require detailed knowledge of engineering lifecycle parameters, strong understanding of construction design and analysis requirements, experience in the project management of construction projects and AE studies and designs; experience with one or more phases of the project engineering cycle and thorough knowledge of all phases of the project engineering life cycle.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in Air Force S/R&M involving facility and infrastructure project design and construction management, analysis of either civil, electrical or mechanical engineering systems or data.
Applicant must have detailed experience with and thorough knowledge of one or more phases of the systems engineering life cycle.
Experience as a Project Manager.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Familiarity and knowledge of Air Force Instructions, Engineering Technical Letters, Unified Facility Criteria, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project & Primavera, Cost Estimating Methodology and possess strong written and verbal skills.
