Train and supervise the work of all shift Guest Services employees.
Act as liaison between shifts, updating the following shift supervisor as to the days events and other pertinent information.
Assign schedules and duties to the guest services staff daily.
Train new guest services staff.
Schedule and supervise the entire shift's guest services staff, handling the problems when a guest services representative is unable to do so.
Process guest check-ins and check-outs, and collect rent money.
Prepare arrival packages for guests.
Process credit cards per ResortQuest procedures.
Responsible for accurate daily collection of money and preparing daily deposits.
Assist guests with their questions and complaints, requiring good public relations at all times.
Answer property's incoming telephone switchboard and direct calls to appropriate person.
Record guest telephone charges, as well as other guest charges.
Take messages and ensure that guests are alerted that a message is being held at the front desk.
Prepare work orders for housekeeping and maintenance departments when discrepancies are reported by the guest.
Maintain a clean and presentable work station, as well as a friendly and courteous personal manner at all times.
Prepares payroll for employees in guest services department.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
Previous experience in supervisory role preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
