Will serve as the liaison to ensure all State/USDA, AF regulations and policies are in compliance. Serve as the POC for technical advice and guidance on the overall food and beverage operations. Responsible for oversight of all staffing assigned in the kitchen operation. Reviews daily and monthly sales reports to ensure kitchen operations meet financial budget objectives. Work to promote DoD component-wide programs on all labor-management relations, complaints, grievances and other matters. Experience:
Progressively knowledgeable and experienced in quantity and quality cooking, preparation and presentation on a variety of food items, menu planning, and cost control of food operation. Involved with the knowledgeable of monthly inventory, food storage procedures, supply and kitchen equipment. In addition, the experience must show the ability to multi-task, analyze all departments of the kitchen operation. Supervise 3 or more employees. Must have knowledge of working with sales report. Familiar with developing accurate cost cards, cost of sales and labor control. Familiarity with common computer operations (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, etc.) is desirable.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
