Maintenance Worker
Including but not limited to:
Insures all lodging areas are free of trash and other debris. Mows grass, rakes leaves, fertilizes plants, arranges flower beds, etc. Prepares surfaces and applies paint, stain, and finishes. Unclogs sinks, commodes and urinals. Replaces and repairs a variety of items. Applicant must have increasingly responsible experience in the following:
the use of hand tools and small machinery. Minor facility repair and grounds maintenance. Experience must show the applicant has general experience in warehousing techniques, experience operating a motor vehicle and familiarity with plumbing repairs.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
