Experience:
Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-11, or equivalent in other pay systems. Examples of specialized experience includes have knowledge of Air Force and Joint doctrine related to operational concepts of homeland defense and defense support to civil authorities. Practical knowledge of tools and programs that affect command and control of logistical resources. Knowledge of Adaptive, Crisis Action and Contingency planning process and procedures. Knowledge of major issues, program goals, work operations, and managerial channels of joint organizations and AOC/AFFOR functions. Knowledge of analytical techniques and evaluation criteria used in measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of programs. Knowledge of Combatant Command aircraft logistical support requirements and a wide range of comprehensive technical support activities. Knowledge of major issues; program goals, work operations, and managerial channels of activities involved in aircraft systems management and sustainment programs. FEDERAL TIME-IN-GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT FOR GENERAL SCHEDULE (GS) POSITIONS:
Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in- grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-11 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-12 level. TIG applies if you are in a current GS position or held a GS position within the previous 52 weeks. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of Air Force and joint doctrine, command and control and operational concepts. Knowledge of joint operational planning and execution systems (JOPES), Time Phased Force Deployment Data flow (TPFDD), AEF Reporting Tool (ART), Deliberate/Crisis Action Planning and Execution System (DCAPES), Status of Resource and Training System (SORTS), Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) and Designed Operational Capability (DOC) statements is desirable. Knowledge of Adaptive, Crisis Action and Contingency planning processes and procedures is desirable. Knowledge of Air Operations Center (AOC) and Air Force Forces (AFFOR) functions is desirable. Knowledge of analytical techniques and evaluation criteria. Knowledge of USAF aircraft maintenance management/disciplines and their applications during peacetime and wartime scenarios to include sortie generation, production supervision or maintenance supervision. Skill to prepare and present oral and written presentation and deal effectively with all levels of Command. Skill in performance of Action Officer Duties at Numbered Air Force (NAF) or Higher Headquarters is desirable. Ability to evaluate aircraft logistics measurements to include, but not limited to, Time Distribution Indicators and Mission Capable Rates. Ability to identify/justify manning and resource requirements for all aircraft maintenance disciplines. PART-TIME OR UNPAID

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
